2. SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES FOR USE OF THE BIBLE CHRONOLOGY WEB SITE

2.1 Free access is provided to some parts of the site, but access to the subscription areas is subject to subscription charges, see clause 2.2 below.

2.2 Details of current charges to subscribe to the Web Site are shown on the Pricing page. These charges are US$10 per month for a recurring monthly subscription.

2.3 Should you wish to subscribe, you agree to complete the form on the Subscription page and make payment by debit or credit card.

3. TERMINATION

3.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason at all.

3.2 Subscriptions charges are non-refundable.

3.3 Without prejudice to any remedy that Bible Chronology may have against you, Bible Chronology may terminate or suspend (without liability to you) with immediate effect and without notice your access to the Subscription parts of the Web Site, if Bible Chronology has reason to believe that you have breached any of the terms of this Agreement, is unable to verify the accuracy or validity of any information provided by you, suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity, for any other technical or business reason.
